With viga ceilings, hardwood floors, and Southwestern art throughout, Alegre is a warm, inviting, and conveys a traditional atmosphere.

The living is centered around a large kiva fireplace. Coupled with an abundance of Southwestern art, the living space expertly conveys the unique aesthetic of Santa Fe. The living room features a sleeper sofa to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook from home, and the hand-carved dining table provides a perfect spot for up to four people to enjoy the meal.
BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and a bathroom just outside the door. Both bedrooms have TVs.

Alegre is the perfect size for two couples. All the rooms are nicely appointed in understated Santa Fe chic. There is a lovely little side patio with a grill which we used for three nights of our stay. Both king bedrooms have very comfortable beds and pillows. Located in a quiet little neighborhood, it is a short walk to the Plaza (10 min) and less than a five minute drive to grocery store. Parking is adequate for two small to midsize vehicles, but a little tight for large SUVs and pick up trucks. There is off-street parking available, however. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alegre; it was most relaxing. A bottle of wine, chips and local salsa were provided on our arrival And a travel guide to Santa Fe was mailed a week before our check in date which was a very nice extra. We will definitely book again when our travels take us to Santa Fe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alegre!!!! It is a beautiful peaceful setting as well as easy access to the Plaza and several other shops, galleries and museums we like to visit. We really enjoyed this spacious casita. Can easily accommodate 4 people. Well stocked kitchen...glasses, plates, cookware, etc. Very, very clean. Good access to shops and restaurants but must be able to walk. We would come back, and in fact, are planning to do just that.

We loved the Algre house. We spent 10 days here. It was extremely clean , well laid out and had plenty of space. The furniture was so comfortable that we felt rigth at home. The location was great becuase we were able to walk to the plaza and many other spots, then when we drove, we were centrally located. We had a large dog with us and so for us, we would have preferred a little more out door space for the dog. However we made plans at the last minute and were very lucky to get this house. Wendy and the Two Casitas team were extremely accommodating. When we return to Santa Fe, We would definitely stay in this house again, unless we bring the dog, then I would try to find something with a more accessible area for her to go outside without a leash. We would definitely recommend this house , and Two Casitas, to friends and family.
