The living room leads to an elevated dining space, which features a table for six and access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and is perfect for cooking.
BED AND BATH
The primary suite offers a king bed, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous en suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. Both guest bedrooms (one of which opens to a private patio) have queen beds,
OUTDOOR SPACE
The private outdoor space comes complete with a comfortable dining table and a propane grill that are sure to lead to memorable home-cooked meals.

- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th.
- A one-car garage is available for your use, but please note that it is a tight spot that can be difficult to get into. Large SUVs, Vans, Trucks, etc. WILL NOT fit in the garage. Additional parking is available in the compound and off the street for larger vehicles.
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
- The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras

Wonderful art work and decor. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Great location for leaving car at house and walking to town center - thus avoiding the parking challenges of Santa Fe. Highly recommend this house!

Two Casita's Art Haven was the perfect place for our long weekend in Santa Fe. I was there with my daughter, and my son and his girlfriend. There was a lovely gift basket waiting for us when we checked in.
The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house provided everyone with enough privacy, while the living room and dining room were great communal places to start and end the day. The kitchen is particularly well suited if you want or need to cook meals. (We didn't.) There's also a patio off the kitchen and downstairs bedroom.
It's well located, about a 10 - 15 minute walk to town.
Host was very accommodating and responsive. One of the nicest things about staying with Two Casita's was the lack of that sometimes long to-do list for guests before they depart - strip the beds, take out the garbage, run the dishwasher, etc. There was none of that.
They really just wanted us to relax and enjoy our time there. And we did!

We were very pleased with our total experience at Two Casitas. The home matched its description, and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one child. Very nice bedrooms, living areas were comfortable, nice kitchen, two walk-in showers and plenty of towels were a big plus. Nicely decorated and well appointed. WiFi worked great. One of the best AirBnB homes we've experienced, and we have been to dozens. Don't hesitate to book with Two Casitas!

I loved the location of this property. It was walkable to Cafe Dulino, Fire and Hops and several other casual restaurants. Not too far from the plaza, the home is spacious and very comfortable. The kiva was so easy to use and the bedroom gas fireplace turned on and off with the flip of a switch. House was very clean and well laid out for a family to enjoy. The upstairs bedrooms provide privacy and retreat while the downstairs family area was very comfortable. Great service from Will and the Two Cases team when answering all my questions via text.
