Casa de Gracia is located in a charming neighborhood to walk and explore dozens of galleries, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, museums, historic sites, The Plaza, Santa Fe River, and parks.
LIVING AREA
The living area is flooded with natural light and is centered around a cozy and atmospheric gas fireplace and smart TV.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully-equipped for a home cook with granite countertops, a matching backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining room seats up to eight guests.
BED AND BATH
The primary suite has a king bed, a spacious en-suite bath, and it opens onto the rear garden. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds, and one has an en-suite bath. There is a separate guest house/casita that has a queen bed, an en-suite bath, a studio/office, a sleeper sofa, a half bath, and an additional kitchen.
