Two Casitas provides and pays for all amenities and reusable items that guests will need. This includes ground coffee, coffee filters, creamer, facial soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponges, light bulbs, and a detailed welcome book. We also provide each guest with a complimentary bottle of wine, corn chips, and green chile salsa. All of this is provided at no cost to the owner.

We trust them to make sure that each of our homes is immaculate and fully stocked with the aforementioned amenities. Two Casitas also contracts qualified maintenance professionals to ensure that your home is always in its best condition for the most reasonable price.
Two Casitas will work with you ensure that your home complies with Santa Fe’s rental regulations and that your rental permit is up-to-date. We will also facilitate any inspections required by the city or state.

Once the home is in good condition to rent, one of our first steps is to professionally photograph your home.
