LIVING AREA KITCHEN AND DINING
The open living space serves as the hub for all of the home’s other rooms. The raised sitting area features a classic wood-burning stove and entertainment center. Additional seating is available in the sunken portion of the living space. The raised formal dining space seats six and leads to the fully-equipped kitchen. Featuring stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, this is the perfect kitchen for a home cook.


BED AND BATH
All three bedrooms are off of the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a large bay window that overlook the private backyard. The en-suite bathroom also connects to the kitchen. One guest bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath, and the other has a queen bed.

OUTDOOR SPACE
There are two phenomenal outdoor spaces: one covered portal for warm summer days in the shade, and a backyard deck. A gas grill allows you to cook and dine outside so you can maximize your time in these captivating spaces.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
