Casa Intima captures the magic of New Mexico in a renovated 100-year-old adobe within walking distance of the Santa Fe Railyard and the Plaza. The home features diamond plaster walls, and is bursting with warmth and old wold charm without sacrificing comfort.
LIVING AREA
The living room is centered around an authentic kiva fireplace and a 60-inch plasma TV. Perfect for an intimate evening. Casa Intima also features a dedicated workspace with a small pull-out desk for remote workers.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, and are perfect for preparing and eating a home-cooked meal.
BED AND BATH
The bedroom contains a king bed and a TV, and has ample closet space. The bathroom features a large clawfoot tub with an attached shower.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Casa Intima has two patio spaces that both have furniture for outdoor dining. The larger of which has a gas grill for cookouts! By closing the entrance gate, you can have a large secured outdoor space that is perfect for children and dogs.

PLEASE NOTE
-This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
-The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th
-This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

This place was perfect. I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this one really stood out to me. The location was great, the house was exceptional, there were thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen had exactly all the items you might not need and everything was organized and easy to find. I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, cozy, clean, and located within walking distance of the farmers market, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook our market produce, and the house was thoughtfully prepared. Cute yard too. We hope to return one day.

Everything was perfect and as expected. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, well equipped and stocked - everything we needed to make for a great stay. The location was perfect as well - a quick 10 minute walk to either the Railyard or the Plaza. Quiet neighborhood in close walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Without question this is our go-to place for all our future trips to Santa Fe. Once of the best vacation rental properties we have stayed in.

We found the casita to be better than listed. The Santa Fe charm embraces you as you walk in the door. The property was spotless and the amenities made us feel at home. The bed was a highlight! It was so comfortable that we had difficulty getting up and out of the casita in the mornings. Once we eventually made our way out, the plaza, shops, and restaurants were just steps away. Our car remained safely parked in a large, locked and gated area on the property for the duration of our stay.
We come up to Santa Fe regularly from Albuquerque to enjoy the art scene, music, dinning, and just to play tourist. We've found our romantic hideaway, and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We were so pleased with Casa Corina. It was great location and a beautiful place to stay. We were able to walk to the Plaza and spend a wonderful day shopping and exploring Santa Fe. We had a great time. It was so nice to be able to walk to hear music at the Railyard's Plaza, visit galleries and go to dinner just steps from our hide away. I found the home's historic neighborhood enchanting. The house has a very comfortable bed, huge television and well appointed kitchen and bath.
