Casa Feliz is a unique and charming home located in the heart of Santa Fe’s historic Downtown Area, just a short walk from the Plaza and the Railyard. The combination of comfort and convenience makes this home the perfect hub for exploring everything that Santa Fe has to offer. The home is host to a fantastic collection of fine art, which not only elevates the atmosphere, but reflects our city's renowened artistic culture.
LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, AND DINING
The open living space features a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating that is perfect for cooking from home and entertaining. The formal dining table seats six and is well-it by the large windows in the front of the home. The living space features ample seating and a gorgeous decorative fireplace. The den off of the living room features a cozy sectional and a large flat screen TV.
A small office is located upstairs for those who need to work from their rental.
BED AND BATH
Both suites are located upstairs and feature en-suite baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed and decorative kiva fireplace. The renovated primary bathroom offers double vanities and a separate Jacuzzi tub and standing shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom features a standing shower.
A third bathroom with an additional shower is located downstairs.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Casa Feliz has a patio on the second story that provides shaded dining for six along with additional lounge seating. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Fantastic location, and a wonderful stay had by all! We were in town for a wedding and brought my 6-month old cross-country, and this location was absolutely perfect to access downtown by only a short walk. The host made sure to communicate with me quickly and we found the accommodations clean and very cozy. Will be visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Santa Fe. The location was perfect--quiet and peaceful, and just a short walk to the Plaza. The house was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fantastic and all the basics were provided. Loved the cute little tv room and patio too. And the welcome kit was a great surprise and nice touch. Although we didnt need to contact the hosts, they had very good communication to let us know how to reach them if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family who are planning a trip to Santa Fe.

Beautiful, cozy home that's walking distance to the downtown square and lots of great restaurants. Super well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and lots of room and areas to hang out and visit with our friends.
