The open living and dining area is perfect for small gatherings. The dining area is just behind the living space and can seat up to six in chairs or on the padded bench. The space is centered around the authentic kiva fireplace and the TV, which can add ample ambiance for any occasion.
KITCHEN
The fully-functional kitchen features gorgeous custom tiling, a farmhouse sink, and high-end stainless steel appliances.
BED AND BATH
The bedroom sports a king bed and a large armoire for storage. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The adjacent bathroom features a large shower-tub combo with a glass enclosure.

Buena Suerte sports three beautiful flagstone-adorned patios for outdoor dining, morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying Santa Fe’s natural beauty. An abundance of foliage makes the home feel private and secluded despite the incredible location.

- The walls in the bedroom do not go all the way to the ceiling, so the bedroom is not 100% private from the living room
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
What a darling and uniquely Santa Fe vacation home! Highly recommend staying in this lovely casita with beautiful decor, a comfy bed, and a great location. Loved our five night stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Excellent hosts provide lots of information about the area. The location is great - short walk to Canyon Road and very manageable to the Plaza. The casita is beautifully furnished and a joy to spend time in. It has everything you need for a perfect visit to Santa Fe.

Beautiful property. We loved our 1 bedroom with multiple outdoor spaces. Very comfortable and peaceful. Lovely decor and walkable to the tea house on Canyon Rd. We will definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend staying at one of the Two Casitas properties. Great service. Wonderful decor. Relaxing space.

This was possibly one of our favorite vacation rentals of all time. It's very warm and cozy, in the absolutely perfect location, and perfectly appointed. The views and outdoor space were excellent, and the little window bench is really one of the nicest little touches. Such a beautiful home! Would absolutely re-book.

Special peaceful hideaway near the Square
A wonderful place to relax and chill in Santa Fe, New Mexico that is only a 20 minute walk to the main square straight down E. Palace Avenue. A true adobe with 15 inch earthen walls that stays naturally cool that was built in the mid-1970s, but has been remodeled with a modern kitchen more recently. It has two beautiful outdoor patios, one with a bubbling fountain, and wonderful outdoor trees, birds, and landscaping. This is a quiet, secluded retreat that absolutely splendid and in a great location.
