615 Garcia St. is a beautiful property, conveniently located to attractions. It is an authentic adobe, lovingly restored and cared for. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. We only used the main master bedroom. Even though it faces Garcia Street, it was quiet at night and it was great to be able to watch the birds at the fountain in the morning from the bedroom windows. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the fireplace has a great draw. The back patio is lovely with table and chairs for dining and a fire pit for the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this stately home.

We stayed at the Garcia Street Adobe in July and had a wonderful trip with our two small children. The location is fantastic and the house was large with plenty of space to work from home and keep the kids entertained. It was clean and beautiful. We can't wait to visit again

Wendy, Thanks for the clear directions regarding how to access the lockbox. A couple of times before we were challenged by those little contraptions. This time your thoroughness made it work smoothly. The driving directions were very clear and helpful. In the future, you might note where a couple of super markets are located in case people want to stock up prior to arriving at your properties.
Thank you and your staff for your professionalism and for finding such delightful properties.

The biggest compliment we can share is our incredible desire to return to this perfect home as soon as possible. Thank you for a great family vacation retreat! Beautiful home, comfortable beds with luxurious bedding, well-stocked kitchen and the house was immaculately clean. The extra touches like ground coffee in the fridge and espresso pods, lots of cooking spices and the wonderful welcome bottle of 1967 wine were a very wonderful, thoughtful touch. Perfect home for 2 to 3 couples. Lots of privacy in every room with great shared spaces. If you enjoy beautiful walks, then this location is prime: Great coffee shop 2 blocks away, and Canyon Road closeby -- and if you don't feel like walking.....it's a $6 Uber to the Plaza and you don't have to worry about parking. Perfect!

Perfect Santa Fe vacation home
Garcia Street Adobe was the perfect vacation home to relax and get away from it all with our family and friends. While not overstated, the decor was very New Mexican and you could tell a great deal of thought had gone into it. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples providing enough distance to feel private. We enjoyed dinning in the dinning room, resting on the patio and hanging out in the large 2 area living room. We had a chef come make dinner one night, because we loved being in the house so much. We also had a wonderful local massage therapist come to the house for a treat for the ladies. The location couldn't be better. It's a short walk to the unique coffee shop that the locals use, as well as Canyon Road to the art galleries. We couldn't stop talking about what a great house it was, you could almost stay in the whole time. The automatic gate at the entrance to the driveway was like a piece of art in itself and provided lots of privacy. Would definitely stay here again when we return! Highly recommend!

Perfect home walkable to everything
I have never stayed at a better equipped, relaxing, beautifully decorated vacation home. Easy walk to Santa Fe's best coffee shop, the Canyon Road galleries and to the Plaza. Loved the privacy of the three separate bedroom suites. Fabulous gourmet kitchen.

This house was absolutely perfect for three couples vacationing for a week in Santa Fe. The layout allows for tons of privacy for everyone. The location is quiet and close to anything you might need: museums a short drive up the hill, the amazing galleries of Canyon Rd. a short walk down the road. The house was immaculate. A tidy-up of the large terrace would have made that area perfect. The photos really don't do the house justice. It was much more than we had expected. Dealing with the rental company was a breeze. The rental process, check-in, and check-out couldn't have been easier. Our favorite restaurant was The Casa Sena, sitting out on the back terrace under the stars. A must-see is the International Folk Art Museum. If possible, take a docent-led tour. The Bandelier National Monument and park is another terrific experience for all ages. We were thrilled with our entire visit to Santa Fe.

We absolutely loved this home! We stayed here with siblings and their spouses, six adults total. The home has historic charm, is beautifully decorated, but is also updated with all the modern conveniences. It was only a few blocks walk to Canyon Road and all the wonderful art galleries. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the afternoon and burning the Kiva fireplaces at night. We would definitely stay here again!

I have been renting properties in Santa Fe every 18 months or so for the past 30 years and I would rank the Garcia Street Adobe at the top of the list. The bedrooms are situated for privacy, the furniture is comfortable, the decor perfect and the kitchen great. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe to add a fireplace on the patio, but otherwise it's a wonderful property and we will request it again.
