LIVING AREA
The living room has a gas fireplace built inside of a traditional kiva chimney, which adds ample inviting ambiance to the space. Large windows flood the room with light and immerse you in Santa Fe’s unique landscape with views of the Sandia mountains to the south. A queen sleeper sofa is available, offering additional flexibility.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped for a home chef, and offers ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a professional quality gas stove, and a large farmhouse sink. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats eight.
BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a sitting area, and a fully renovated en-suite bath. One guest bedroom has a king bed that can be split into twins, and the other has a queen bed and a sitting area. Both guest bedrooms share a fully renovated bathroom just outside of their respective doors.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Sunset Vista has two extraordinary spacious, and outdoor patio areas. The first offers outdoor dining for four with a sun umbrella and a gas grill in a private tree lined fenced setting with mountain views to the north. The second patio also offers dining for six with a sun umbrella. There is also a gas fire pit for lounging and enjoying the scenic views or starlit nights. Additional lounge seating is available so you can enjoy Santa Fe’s famous sunshine while taking in the beautiful landscape.
Sunset Vista also offers a two car garage with an electric door opener and remotes for use during your stay

Sunset Vista is located in a quiet hilly neighborhood perfect for a weekend or long get-away. The neighborhood is ideal for morning/evening walks.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The driveway of this home is monitored by a security camera
- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- One of the King beds can be split into two twins if you prefer. Please let us know a week before arrival if you would like the beds split, or this option may not be available to you.
- Due to local fire safety laws, the outdoor firepit is only available from October 15th - April 15th
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
I would echo all the prior positive reviews. This property was perfect for our January ski vacation with a family of five. The "Blue Bus" park-and-ride lot at nearby Fort Marcy Park made for stress-free transportation up and down the mountain. We drove ourselves on a couple of clear-weather days, and it was nice being so close to Hyde Park Rd. We were delighted by the well-supplied kitchen and bottle of wine with chips and salsa after a long drive. Our kids appreciated the conversion of the king bed to two twins. The home offers fantastic sunrise and sunset views all around, a yard and patios perfect for snowball fights and snowmen, comfortable bedding, and GARAGE PARKING! We had a blast borrowing the sleds from the garage for a fun-filled evening of races down the hill at Ft. Marcy Park. This will definitely be our preferred accommodation for future visits to Santa Fe!

We had a family destination vacation and staying at Sunset Vista was magical and all of us enjoyed our visit in comfort surrounded by mountains and spectactular sunsets every evening for 6 beautiful evenings in October. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen including a large bag of Starbucks coffee. Grocery store within five minutes away and not more than a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk to the historical downtown plaza. It was our first visit and will be back. Thank you Twocasitas

Sunset Vista is a beautiful home set in the foothills of Santa Fe, just north of the plaza. The three bedrooms were roomy, and the beds fantastically comfortable. A master bath and shared bath were modern and clean. There is a large living room that our family of six was able to gather around for games, a generous dining room, and fully equipped large kitchen. There are also two outside sitting areas, one for the morning sun, the larger patio with a view out over the valley, an outdoor gas fireplace, and spectacular sunsets. Wendy and Will were attentive and available at all times, without being intrusive. We could not have asked for anything better!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice house. There were six of us, including my daughter, her husband and 2 boys. It is pleasant and very well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds, including super nice bedding, pillows, and towels. The kitchen is orderly and easy to cook in.
The dining room is terrific with lots of space for a generous table and chairs.
There was a chess set which my grandson, husband and daughter enjoyed several times.The patios are very pleasant, although due to the outdoor temperature and snow we were not able to spend time on the patios.
The management company, Two Casitas, was excellent. They were very available and easy to communicate with.
Our vacation was wonderful and this house was perfect for us. My daughter, from Texas, enjoyed the house so much that she is going to recommend it to her friends back home.
I highly recommend this property and the management company.

The house was great! It was really nice and looked even better than in pics. Views from the patio were great, especially for the sunset! The house was well stocked, comfortable, nice and spacious. Location is great - very close to city square. Check-in was super easy and communication great leading up to and throughout our stay.

Spotlessly clean, well-appointed house with beautiful views and in a quiet neighborhood. My family of 5 fit comfortably into this house and appreciated that our host had provided all that we needed - from throw blankets to firewood to kitchen equipment. The sleep quality was very high, with dark rooms and good mattresses. While not very walkable, the house is located less than two miles to the Plaza with the closest store about one mile away. This is a first-class house with a responsive owner and management team.

The house was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to prepare a meal. We were blown away by the furnishings, artwork and accessories. My husband particularly loved the John Nieto print.
