We are so happy that we found this property. WE have been coming to Santa Fe for 18 years and stayed in the same home every time... except for this time. Garcia Street Adobe was charming, well appopinted and simply put, a pleasure! We have found our new place to stay in Santa Fe and cannot wait to return to Garcia Street Adobe!

Delightful Southwestern home with many, many details and upgrades. Great kitchen, well stocked with equipment. The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own fireplace. Electronics (internet, TV/DVD. CD player) all work well. Property is within easy walking distance of Canyon Road (very handy for Christmas eve and gallery visits). Everything worked; property was in excellent condition and spotless on arrival.

It was the perfect place among our 3 couples of friends. We each had comfortable rooms and comfortable beds with our own bathrooms, and the shared kitchen, dining and living areas were comfortable and beautiful as well. Only wish we had had more time to enjoy the house - our stay was short. We would definitely all stay there again.

We were 5 friends meeting in Santa Fe for our yearly reunion + this home met every expectation! We like homes with "character" + this place had it all. Built in the '20s-- every room was comfy; lovely decorated; yet still had all modern necessities in kitchen + baths. We were very happy here + highly recommend to all!!!!!

I have never stayed at a better equipped, more relaxing, beautifully decorated vacation home. All of us wished we could've spent more time and couldn't wait to 'get home' on our days out being tourists.

This house was absolutely perfect for three couples vacationing for a week in Santa Fe.The layout allows for tons of privacy for everyone. The location is quiet and close to anything you might need: museums a short drive up the hill, the amazing galleries of Canyon Rd. a short walk down the road. The house was immaculate. A tidy-up of the large terrace would have made that area perfect. The photos really don't do the house justice. It was much more than we had expected. Dealing with the rental company was a breeze. The rental process, check-in, and check-out couldn't have been easier. Our favorite restaurant was The Casa Sena, sitting out on the back terrace under the stars. A must-see is the International Folk Art Museum. If possible, take a docent-led tour. The Bandelier National Monument and park is another terrific experience for all ages. We were thrilled with our entire visit to Santa Fe.

My siblings and I stayed at the Garcia Street Adobe for 4 nights for our annual reunion. This was possibly the best vacation property I've ever rented. The pictures and description were absolutely accurate. The house was inviting, comfortable, and private; we cooked in the house twice and found the kitchen to be excellently equipped. We also cooked outside on the grill one evening -- between eating fabulous meals in town -- we had great tapas at La Boca, and sang Broadway melodies along with the singing staff at La Cantina at La Casa Sena. Highly recommend the Museum of International Folk Art, which has one of the largest collections of toys in the world, in fabulous displays. The location of the house is central and we found it very convenient - although very close to everything, we heard virtually no street noise, only lots of birds, and we all slept with windows open. The three bedrooms and bath are very well appointed, and separated from each other, which gave us maximum privacy when we wanted it. The location is central and we found it very convenient - although very close to everything, we heard virtually no street noise, only lots of birds, and we all slept with windows open. This could not have been a better choice for us, and we all highly recommend it! This having been such a great experience, I would not hesitate to rent a property from Two Casitas again.

This house was the perfect home for our stay in Santa Fe! We had four adults (one couple, and two singles) and we were all very pleased with our rooms and our individual bathrooms! The home was very comfortable, well stocked (with high end kitchen accessories), and it was in a great location with an easy walk into town! I hope to be able to stay here again! Thank you!

This home feels like home. It is wonderfully provisioned. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone who wants to cook, and the location is within walking distance of the Plaza and Canyon Road for those who want to eat out. The furnishings are terrific. The bed/baths are well separated for privacy. Once you enter your own coyote gate, you're in your own special Santa Fe paradise.

Garcia Street Adobe was the perfect vacation home to relax and get away from it all with family and friends. While not overstated, the decor was very New Mexican and you cod tell a great deal of thought had gone into it. The 3 bedroom , 3 bath layout was perfect for our group of 3 of adult couples. We enjoyed dining in the dining room, resting on the patio and in the large, 2 area living room. We had a chef come make dinner one night, because we enjoyed the house so much! A short walk to a coffee shop and book store, as well as to Canyon Road made this home a great place to spend the day around the neighborhood or to go off and explore all the wonders of New Mexico. Many, many times throughout the week we kept saying what a great house it is! WIth an automatic gate, and an adobe wall surrounding the property, it provides privacy, and yet is close to Canyon Road. Would definitely stay there again!
