The open concept space is centered around the authentic Kiva fireplace and the flat screen TV. Dining for two is available at the bar in the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooing meals at home.

The bedroom sports a queen bed. The bathroom is just off of the living room. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Besos has a small but charming fenced patio that is perfect for enjoying our amazing weather with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a home-cooked meal!

The location is amazing and the biggest selling point of the property. Steps away from canyon road and a 20-minute walk to the Plaza. The home was just as described and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). The hosts were very responsive. Appreciated the welcome gift and toiletries.

This adobe is perfectly positioned for both the art district and the historic downtown. The home is on a lovely quiet street and is as advertised. The hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure the home is appropriately stocked - kitchen has olive oil, salt, foil, etc., the laundry has soap, and there is lots of firewood.
It is just right in size for 2, I would not recommend it for 3 or more because the pull-out couch is very small and very uncomfortable. You can feel every spring. Even when we added every blanket and duvet we could find, it was still extremely uncomfortable. Ideally the couch mattress would be replaced.

Great stay! We will definitely book with you for this location again! It was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. The little courtyard in back was very handy for their outs and ins in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed sitting out there as well! Although small, the casita had everything a couple could need and just enough space and comfort for a wonderful Santa Fe getaway. The Acequia Madre road/area is a perfect location for walking Canyon Road. Thank you for then caution tape on the step down to the bedroom. We tripped the first night but then were more aware!

The Besos property was excellent, cozy, and just what the two of us needed for our trip to Santa Fe. The neighborhood was beautiful and just off of Canyon Road. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the tools and materials I needed to cook comfortably during my stay.
Two Casitas provided a beautiful property that was even nicer in person than anticipated. The communication before, during, and after my stay was fantastic. I am highly anxious so having lots of clear explicit communication and knowing I could reach someone if I needed help during my stay was very reassuring.

My son and I rented this little casita for our visit.
I was happy being just out of town but able to walk walk easily to the center and other attractions.
We had everything we needed and more!
The rental was clean and quiet!

We had a fantastic time at the Casita. Very comfortable and clean in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with so many interesting places within walking distance. The door lock was a bit tricky and could use some work, although this did not detract from our total experience.

We love Santa Fe and now we love Two Casitas and their Besos home. We were a quick walk to almost everything in town including the plaza and Canyon Road. Walking is a must and this house was in the middle of it all. The bed was nice, I think I mentioned it to the property management people and they said it was new- score! This Besos house looked and felt very Santa Fe but had modern conveniences and updated appliances and such. Cute outdoor space was appreciated. Homeaway submitted in Feb, stayed in Dec.

The Two Casitas team was very attentive and accomodating. After a few days of travel it was great to be welcomed with refreshments and a snack. The space was cozy, but clean and well equipped. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to downtown and gave us the chance to explore galleries along Canyon Rd. on the way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Two Casitas in Santa Fe.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay one block away from the famous Canyon Road in Santa Fe. I am here with my 82 year old Mother and Sister. When we arrived there was a lovely welcome gift of wine and snack. My mother has commented several times that the interior design and decorations are wonderful. It is fully equipped, has a lovely small patio area for early morning coffee, birds, and sunrises. We have walked to Friday Night Canyon Road gallery walk. Visited the Farmers market one mile away and the Plaza. It is all walkable but at this elevation we have had to drive a bit for my mother. Thanks so much for a perfect stay.

They say location is everything and it doesn't get much better than this.located on a quiet street but just around the corner from canyon road and some of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. This Adobe casita has all the Santa Fe charm and all the modern amenities . Leave your car parked in your driveway and walk to galleries and shopping. The team from two casitas were great. The casita was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend besos

Besos is a charming casita that has been remodeled with classic southwest flavor. Located on a quiet gravel drive along side some exquisite private homes. A brief walk from the famous Canyon Road Galleries, El Farol and Tea House, The Compound and Geronimo resturants. Everything inside is mega clean, fresh and seems like new - sheets, dishes, cooking ware, towels, furniture and all the appliances have been updated. It is small but we found it perfect for two. Two Casitas really treated us well. They greeted us with wine, chips/dip upon arrival. They took care of the garbage service for us and kept us stocked with necessities. We recommended the place needed a soap dish and some hooks to hang hand towels which they delivered the very next day. Bottom line is we had a perfect vacation and would stay in the Besos Casita again.

Our stay at Wendy's home was terrific! The setting and location was perfect. Just one block to all of the art galleries on Canyon Road. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the bottle of wine, chips and salsa, bottled water, and coffee that was waiting for us.
