SUMMARY
With courage, hardship, and determination, the ancestors of our city's tri-cultural people all traveled up the Historic Old Santa Fe Trail, making our unique city the place it is today. Now you can stay in this lovely Southwest-style home (complete with visas and brick floors) right off this famous trail with all the comforts of modern living.
LIVING AREA
The sunken living room features ample seating, and a gorgeous kiva fireplace, and plenty of natural light.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully equipped kitchen features gorgeous Spanish tile and Southwestern artwork. Utilize the appliances and natural counter space to prepare any home-cooked meal. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar on the other side of the counter, adjacent to the 4-person dining table that overlooks the living room.
BED AND BATH
The king size bedroom features a skylight that adds even more natural light to this already sunny home, and an en-suite bath (with additional Spanish tile) for comfort and convenience.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The enclosed flagstone patio is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal, a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee in Santa Fe’s famous weather. It is also adorned with local plant life.

PLEASE NOTE
- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

We absolutely LOVED everything about this casita . Perfect size , super clean, great location , it comes with everything you will need and the bed was really comfortable. We felt welcomed and expected. Its not like a hotel where you are just one of many families, the management left us a very thoughtful and personal note as we arrived . My kids had the best time and that is just priceless !

Wed stay here again in a heartbeat! Its close to all the cuteness of downtown Santa Fe as in, you can walk to it! The neighborhood is adorable and gives you a real sense of the area (kinda feel like a local!). And the place itself is so cozy and clean! We really appreciated the welcome gift and all the thoughtful touches!

We had a lovely stay - perfect for two people and we could walk everywhere in town or easily get on the highways for a drive. All of the furnishings were in great condition.
My only constructive feedback would be to invest in smart TVs so people can watch streaming. There arent a lot of quality channels available on the guide connected with the TV at Old Santa Fe. We connected our computer to it with a cord we brought just in case, but it a smart tv would be much better. For a long stay sometimes its nice to just relax with a movie. Thanks!!!

My husband and I have been COVID cautious, so pretty much home and to ourselves since March. We both needed a change of scenery for our sanity. I spoke with Two Casitas, the property management and was assured that they practiced strict cleaning guidelines. Maribeth with Two Casitas put my worries to rest. She even provided a list of restaurants that offered take out and curbside pickup. The one bedroom Casita is adorable! It was spotless upon our arrival. It was fully stocked with kitchenware, linens, towels and wood for the kiva. The location is less than a mile walk from the Plaza and Canyon Road. My husband, 2 doodles and I are so happy we made the trip! And a.thank you to Will with Two Casitas for checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay

Thanks for hosting our stay in Santa Fe! We loved the location of the property, allowing us easy walkable access to both town and mountain trails. The apartment was designed well allowing for privacy for our daughter who slept in the living room, and ample room to tuck away luggage and toiletries in both bedroom and bath. We made a posole stew on Christmas day and granola to give as gifts to family. All of the equipment to do this was at hand. We enjoyed two fires in the kiva while we were in residence. Lovely! I loved everything about this home. I had my mother with me and several days she just needed to stay home and it was so pleasant here. The home was exactly as described and was so clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and I cooked several meals in the lovely kitchen! We were not able to walk to the places we wanted to go but it is certainly walkable for most people I am sure. I would encourage anyone to stay here and I will certainly be back! Thanks so much!! Of all the houses we have rented in Santa Fe, this one was our very favorite. It is so beautifully appointed and so comfortable, we were not in any rush to go out for sightseeing. The house was very accurately described in the listing. It is relatively close to town if you are comfortable walking a half mile. My husband is disabled, so that wasn't an option for us. Although climbing stairs is difficult for him, he did manage the few steps leading to the front door and a step down into the living room. Parking was very convenient - right in front of the entrance to the house. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious with lots of closet space. The kitchen had everything I needed including little things like sugar and salt which was nice not to have to buy. A bottle of wine, some snacks, coffee and cream were also waiting for us when we arrived. Management was very responsive and helpful. Elizabeth Aug. 2016

We loved our stay at 750 C Old Santa Fe Trail! The Casita was very warm and inviting from the amenities it offered plus its location to The Plaza and Canyon Road!
