LIVING AREA
Carmel features a large sitting area with a sectional couch and two additional seats for your group to comfortably gather. One side of the space is set up around the TV (with Xfinity cable), and the other around the authentic Kiva fireplace, which adds even more southwestern ambiance to this already charming home.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully-functional kitchen features gorgeous custom tiling, ample storage, a French press, Vitamix Blender, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The dining space sits between the kitchen and the fireplace, and features a dimmable chandelier, which makes it perfect for romantic home-cooked meals.
BED AND BATH
The bedroom sports a king bed and an en-suite bath. A sleeper sofa is provided in the living room for additional guests. The shower-soaking tub combo sports a beautiful glass enclosure and more custom tiling. Luxurious robes are provided inside the spacious walk-in closet.

This little casita was perfect! Beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen, and super clean. Most places that permit dogs seem to be a bit shabby and worn-Not this place! Two Casitas Mgmnt really maintains their properties. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic, quiet location in a quaint spot in Santa Fe. Two great restaurants very close and even more within a good walking distance at the Plaza. The heated floors were amazing for the winter and the bed was luxurious. There is a private, covered parking spot which is nice. I got in some great runs on nearby roads and there is a nice and lighted path for walking the dogs at night. Perfect place for a Santa Fe experience.

We visited Santa Fe for the first time ever and stayed at this beautiful, well-appointed, and centrally-located casita. It is tucked away up a quiet street in a quaint little neighborhood. So serene and peaceful. Its a 3-minute walk to the wonderful Teahouse restaurant, a great place for breakfast. From there its a 10-minute stroll downtown through the art district. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked and has high-end appliances. The wood burning fireplace gave a subtle smell of camping outdoors but in the comfort of a cozy home. Open the back door in the morning to sounds of birds and the babbling fountain. You will not be disappointed! We liked it so much we plan to return soon.

The property was really excellent! The space is very clean and well equipped for any length of stay. We especially liked the heated floor in the living area!. The Two Casitas crew were attentive and made sure we were happy with great information on places to eat and visit. This was especially appreciated as this was our first visit to Santa Fe. The location is excellent for walking to Canyon Road (5 minutes) and is about a mile from the center of town - very walkable. We will definitely try to stay at this property the next time we come to town. Parking is clearly labeled and covered which was helpful as it did rain on a couple of days of our visit. Our thanks to Will and his team!!

The location is perfect. QUIET, comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure and comes with parking. We were delighted with this cozy place - perfect for a couple. Upon our arrival there was snacks and wine at the ready, bathroom did contain soap and shampoo/conditioner, there was even coffee ground in the frig. In addition, the service support was great. They checked in with us regarding our check in and our stay. We would highly recommend this lovely casita

This is our first time this Santa Fe and we loved it. This casita was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The kitchen and bathroom are up to date and the bed is very comfortable with nice pillows as well. The back patio is great for a nice romantic dinner. stayed in Carmel for four nights. It is perfect for someone who wants to be in walking distance of the Plaza (10 minutes) and close to Canyon Road (2 minutes). Carmel is one of a cluster of residences set well back from East Palace Road and thus is very quiet.
Carmel is very well constructed and the kitchen is fantastic...everything you could want. The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom spacious (particularly for Santa Fe), and the bathroom great. There is also a washing machine and dryer for those staying longer. You also have covered parking for one car. The place was spotless which is a challenge given Santa Fe's dust. Full marks to the cleaning crew.
The only downside is you have no view. There is a small space outside the living room with a table and four chairs and a barbeque. The Carmel Casita was one of the best vacation rentals we have had. The furnishings were warm and comfortable and the location could not be beat! 15 minutes (at a slow pace) to town and 4 minutes to Canyon Road (be sure to try The Teahouse for dinner!). The casita was extremely well furnished and clean. The kitchen had everything and more that you could ask for. It will be our first choice on our return trip to Santa Fe.
