SUMMARY
This one bedroom historic apartment is set apart from all others as it is the only one of its kind right on the world-famous Santa Fe Plaza. Built in the late 1800s, this upstairs apartment is freshly remodeled and decorated, and steeped in Santa Fe history.
LIVING AREA
A thorough collection of local art and artifacts that enhance the New Mexican atmosphere, a big picture window overlooks La Fonda and the Cathedral. The sofa converts into a a queen-size sleeper for additional guests.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully-equipped to cook any meal, and is adorned with hand-painted cabinets. The dining area seats four, and is adjacent to the living room.
BED AND BATH
The king size bedroom features a large skylight and an additional TV. The renovated bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a gorgeous modern glass bowl sink.

PLEASE NOTE
- This home is very close to the cathedral, and the bells ring every 15 minutes
- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- No washer and dryer.
- The fireplace is decorative only and can not be used.
- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
- This is a second-story walk-up apartment and is the only apartment in the building. No common area or contact with others when accessing the entrance to the building or the front door to the unit. There is no outdoor living space. The apartment is an urban setting and you will get some street noise in the living area at times. The back bedroom is very quiet.
- Complimentary parking is offered in the La Fonda garage across the street. Most standard cars and trucks have no problem fitting in La Fonda's garage, which has a 6' 6" clearance, but certain vehicles may have trouble and will need to park elsewhere. Please inquire with Two Casitas if you believe your vehicle may be too large.
-The outside of this home and the hallway of the building are monitored by security cameras.
Incredible space and location. We hesitate to promote this wonderful home so we can keep it all to ourselves. We will most certainly book again and wish we could stay all year long. Perfect.

beautifully designed and decorated, so spacious and in the best location to walk anywhere you want to go! parking across the street was a huge bonus. there are a couple half-flights of stairs to navigate so i recommend packing light.

We loved Two Casitas. Walking distance to so many places. Parking was easy and we loved the privacy. Definitely felt the Santa Fe vibe here and so much more room than a hotel room. Plus theres a kitchen! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and certainly give the Casita a five-star rating. The suite is luxurious and contains many intriguing decorative features. Additionally, when you book the suite, it comes with its own website with many very well-organized lists of recommended restaurants, museums, and popular places to visit. We used it daily and found it to be extremely convenient and helpful.

Perfect location; arranged parking made the trip much easier. The casita was roomy and we had no problems. Supplies of coffee, toiletries, and towels was more than adequate. Management was communicative and emails were friendly. We plan to stay with Two Casitas again when we return to Santa Fe in a few months.

I was in Santa Fe for my niece's wedding but I also wanted to have a bit of a vacation. I couldn't have picked a better location! I was right in the heart of everything in a simply beautiful casita (I would call it an apartment, but that's because I was only a visitor to Santa Fe) right on the Plaza. The place was amazing--so much better than any hotel! Besides the wedding, I attended Zozobra at Marcy Field--cross that one off the bucket list. I was blocks from everything--and since Fiesta started with Zozobra, there was a wonderful art fair on the Plaza all weekend. There isn't a bad restaurant in the city--the Georgia O'Keefe museum is wonderful. Absolutely stay at Plaza Casita! The customer service before, after and during is impeccable. Besides The Shed, which everyone recommended, I enjoyed my meals at La Casa Sena and Terra Cotta Wine Bar. We ate lunch one day on the upper level of Coyote Cafe, and on my last night, I went to Rooftop Pizza for a stunning view of the sunset.

Celebrating our 15th anniversary in our honeymoon city of Santa Fe, we couldn't be happier with our casita! First of all, the location is perfect..just steps from the Plaza. The unit itself is large and well-furnished. We love opening the windows for fresh air and the sounds from the street.
